The minimum rental period for the apartments is 24 months. The minimum rental period for the furnished 1-room apartments is 12 months. The rental agreement can then be terminated with a notice period of 3 months.
The deposit to be paid in three net rents (the net „cold“ rent plus utilities can be found in the rental agreement). There are no processing or agency fees.
There are some bicycle carousels in the underground car park, which offer space for around 100 bicycles. There are also 17 parking spaces in the underground car park, which can be rented for 150 € per month.
Electricity is included in the additional costs for the furnished apartments. Here you pay a flat rent. Electricity is not included in the additional costs for the apartments.
Internet is available for the furnished micro-apartments i.H.v. 50 Mbit’s per unit included in the additional costs. Telephone is not included, can be booked via DT Net for a fee. The apartments do not include internet and telephone, but the tenants receive the first month of internet and a Fritzbox free of charge when they move in. The tenants have to conclude contracts with DT Net Service themselves.

The furnished apartments do not have a washing machine connection in the apartment. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with a few washing machines and dryers. These can be booked and paid for via the app. A washing machine connection is included in the apartments. This is located either in the utility room or in the shower room.
The team from Müller Merkle Immobilien GmbH has been commissioned with the letting. The property management is responsible from the signing of the rental agreement and for the handover of the residential units. The contact details will be provided upon conclusion of the rental agreement. The property management is your first point of contact during the entire rental period.
